Enes Yaman - Actor and Visual Artist
Through my work I aim to evoke empathy and connection, encouraging viewers to recognize their own vulnerabilities and seek understanding in the shared human experience. My work is not meant to provide definitive answers but rather to spark a dialogue, to provoke thought and introspection, and to inspire a deeper exploration of our own emotional landscapes.
In a world where emotions are often suppressed or overlooked, my work serve as a reminder of the power and importance of acknowledging and embracing our inner selves. They speak to the universal longing for authenticity, acceptance, and belonging, while also challenging the notion of what it means to truly be present in the world.
Enes Yaman, a self learner by nature, is a multidisciplinary visual artist, actor and entrepreneur born on May 15th in Istanbul. Initially trained in acting in Istanbul, he pursued his drama education in New York and conducted further research and studies between 2017 and 2019. During this time he began a second university degree in photography at Anadolu University. Enes's ambition and his involvement in the world of drama, acting and photography led him to explore painting as a medium of artistic expression. While dedicating his time to this craft since 2020, Enes started directing in 2023 at Hochschule Darmstadt's Motion Pictures program in Germany. Enes, got accepted into University of Arts Linz, University of Arts London and Art & Design Institut. However, for financial reasons he couldn't accept the offers.
